Description

The grapes for our 2021 Chardonnay were selected from a local grower west of our St. Maur vineyard in the cool climate of the Southern Highlands. After picking, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in new and seasoned French oak barrels. Additional 6 months of rest before bottling results in a complex wine displaying melon and sweet vanilla aromas. Enjoy now with friends and good food.
