Description

Our 2021 Riesling grapes were hand-selected from a local grower south of our St. Maur vineyard in the cool climate of the Southern Highlands. After picking, the grapes were gently pressed and fermented.

The wine displays the classic pale strong colour complementing the crisp, aromatic and complex palette displaying traditional notes of apple and fruit tree, with a hint of citrus.
