Ordering

1)      Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all pricing on our website is inclusive of GST.

2)      How do I order?

Simply add bottles to your cart and use the simple one-page checkout system. If you are a St Maur Wine Club Member then please log in and place your order. We will require your correct delivery address, with a person who is over 18 years of age to accept delivery. They may be required to show ID for the courier to leave the delivery.

3)      Is there a minimum order size?

There is no minimum order size. However, Wine Club Members receive free delivery any order of 12 bottles or more.

4)      Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, your credit card details are completely safe.

5)      I have placed an order for 12 bottles and want to become a member. Can I do this and how do I do this?

Yes, you can! You can either select to complete the online form, or you can contact the office by phone or email to arrange this.

Delivery

1)      When can I expect my order?

Orders will be delivered to your nominated delivery address within five to ten business days. Delivery delays may occur as a result of factors out of our control, and St. Maur Wines is not responsible for such delays.

If the current vintage is not available, the next vintage of the same wine will be delivered.

2)      What are your delivery rates?

For Wine Club Members, you will receive free delivery on your 2 Wine Club deliveries per year, plus free delivery on all orders of 12 bottles or more.

For non Wine Club Members, and for orders under 12 bottles for Members, the delivery rates are:

NSW, ACT: $15.

VIC, QLD, SA: $15.

TAS, WA, NT: $25.

3)      Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to most postcodes within Australia. There may be some exceptions which alcohol cannot be shipped to.

4)      Can I have my order shipped outside of Australia?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within Australia.

5)      What if I am not at home when the courier delivers?

A card will be left with details on how to contact the courier and either arrange another delivery or for you to collect the order. If there are further costs to this then it is at the customer’s expense and St. Maur Wine will not liable, therefore it is best to ensure someone will be home or have it delivered to a business address.

Returns

1)      What is your returns policy?

Our couriers facilitate the majority of our wine deliveries, and there is rarely a problem. However, if there is an issue, we will happily replace the wine for you. Simply email us at info@stmaurwines.com.au

2)      What if my bottles are broken when they arrive?

Our wines are precious and therefore we want to make sure they arrive in the best way possible. Due to the quality of our packaging we use to ship our wines, there should rarely be a problem but if it does occur please contact us at info@stmaurwines.com.au

1)      What are the benefits of becoming a St Maur Wine Club Member?

2)      Is there a joining fee to becoming a member?

No, and we would never charge you to be a St. Maur Wines enthusiast. The Wine Club is for all those who appreciate our wines. There is no joining fee and we will keep it that way. Our only ask is that you purchase 24 bottles a year. Click here to Join Now.

3)      How do I join?

It is super easy to join. Go to ‘Join Now’ and complete the online form. We ask for your billing and delivery details. We also ask you to select your preferred dozen for the Spring delivery and Autumn delivery.

4)      What will I receive?

Your membership allows the freedom to select your own wines, or select from our range of Mixed, Red or White dozens. If you select a Mixed, Red or White Dozen these will be automatically charged to your Credit Card (as on file) and despatched to you in Autumn and Spring.

If you select “My Choice Dozen”, we require you to notify us of your wine choice by March for the Autumn despatch and August for the Spring despatch. We’ll forward you an email newsletter, with our latest wines, reminding you that your choice is due. If we don’t hear from you, and you haven’t already purchased your dozen wines for this period, your order will revert to delivery of a Mixed Dozen. We will use the credit card held on your file.

5)      Is there a minimum amount I need to order?

As a Member, we ask that you purchase 2 dozen bottles in a year from the date you sign up to the Wine Club. This does not mean that you are restricted to only 24 bottles! You are free to purchase more at any time via online or the order form.

6)      How safe is my personal information?

All your personal information including credit card details is retained securely. Our hard copy data is kept in a locked file accessible only to authorised staff and our digital files are maintained on an internal server using encrypted software.

To ensure your financial information is secure our financial provider Bendigo Bank requires our system to meet PCI DSS obligations. Feathertop undertakes quarterly compliance checks to sustain these requirements.

Your personal information (Not including credit card details) is not shared with any third party other than your nominated carrier who is obligated under legislative conditions regarding the use of personal information.

7)      Can I cancel my membership?

St. Maur Wine Club Membership is on a 12-month basis. If you wish to cancel after you have received your 2 Wine Club deliveries, please send us an email notifying us. Membership will be cancelled once the member has been contacted by Mount Pleasant Estate and cancellation is confirmed. Only the authorised owner of the membership may cancel membership.

Email Subscription

1)      How do I hear from St Maur?

Simply sign up to our newsletters! To do this, you can enter your details in the website footer and you will receive regular communications with us. Be sure to enter a valid email address to make sure you’re kept up to date.

2)      How often will you contact me?

We will send you an email updating you on all that is going on at the winery 1-2 times a month.

3)      What if I don’t want to receive the emails anymore?

Simply click the Unsubscribe link within any marketing email you receive from us. Unfortunately, you can not unsubscribe from order emails from us as these keep you notified of the progress of your order.

4)      Can I move from being a subscriber to a St Maur Wine Club Member?

Yes, you can! Simply complete the online form and we will move you to be a Wine Club Member.
