St Maur is currently recruiting for the following positions:
Operations/Cellar Door Manager
St Maur is a small, family owned, award winning boutique wine producer located at Exeter in the NSW Southern Highlands. We are seeking a versatile manager to look after our operations, local sales and cellar door. You will gain experience in the operation of a boutique vineyard and winery and work directly with the business owner in a varied and rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day cellar door operations
- Local sales to select outlets
- Management of inventory, collateral and sales reporting
- Management & co-ordination of monthly wine club events
- Email and social media communications to our followers and members
You should have:
- Experience in operations, or hospitality, service, events or sales.
- Current NSW drivers licence and own transport.
- Current R.S.A. or willing to get one ASAP.
- Ability to work Saturday and some public holidays.
- Your right to work in Australia or hold a valid Australian work permit.

Cellar Door Staff (Casual)
Our Cellar Door casual staff assist with the day to day running of our popular Cellar Door. We are looking for people with a passion for providing our visitors and club members with an outstanding wine tasting experience. You will be required to work during days and need to be available on weekends and some public holidays.
Responsibilities for the role include:
- Provide outstanding customer service presenting wines
- Sales through the use of POS and software programs
- Assist with opening and closing the Cellar Door
- Ensure the Cellar Door is clean and orderly
- Assist where required with the preparation of Wine Club Members’ events
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in hospitality
- Ability to work in a team or unsupervised with a positive attitude
- Current NSW RSA
- Current NSW Drivers License
- Your right to work in Australia or hold a valid Australian work permit.
