Description

Grapes for this classical varietal combination were carefully selected by hand.

A blend of St Maur Estate 80% Cabernet Sauvignon with 20% McLaren Vale Shiraz.
Hand plunged in open fermenters and matured in French Oak barrels for 16 months, it displays a brilliant brick red colour. The nose opens to mint, rich berry and vanilla notes and the palate is even to full bodied, with soft integrated tannins.
Alcohol – 13.1%.
